I was very pleased with the guys coming to terms with the lies they'd been told versus the truth that was directly in front of them. I also enjoyed how easy it was to self-immerse in the story. The soul-deep betrayals by her guys due to outside forces manipulation after all of her good-faith efforts followed by thorough groveling, character development, complex and well-written characters. Adored how the incredibly strong and resilient FMC did everything in her power to set her guys free, even as the things she did horrified her. I love how the MCs had such a strong connection, but past events separated them. Absolutely open door, a few steamy scenes scattered amongst an excellent and suspenseful plot with true connections between characters are what I live for. I, mistakenly, thought the series was fully published, and now I need similar vibes but preferably with a standalone. I recently devoured the first three books in the Shattered Vow series.
